She has also spent time on the other side of the fence with responsibility for advising trade unions and their members at regional and national level on all aspects of employment law.
She has acted in relation to a large number of settlement agreements and senior level exits. A skilled negotiator, securing optimum results for her client, whether acting for the employer or the employee.
